Tony DiMauro grew up in a family of retail growers in northeastern Ohio, where his passion for the green industry started early. After gaining experience with a large landscape maintenance company in Fort Worth, he saw an opportunity to raise the standard. Nearly 26 years ago, he left his position to build his own company from the ground up. Today, he leads Sunset Landscape Services as President and Owner, setting the tone for quality and professionalism across every project. Tony holds multiple certifications, including Licensed Irrigator (TECQ #18549), Chemical Technician (TDA #312714), Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor, and Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (TECQ #17082). His hands-on leadership and deep industry knowledge continue to drive the company’s success throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He remains committed to innovation, client relationships, and building a team that delivers top-tier results every day. 

• Jan brings extensive management experience to Sunset Landscape Services, supporting multiple divisions across the company. She plays a key role in overseeing accounting, human resources, and daily office operations. With a strong leadership style, Jan focuses on getting the best out of every team member to drive overall success. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help keep the company running efficiently. Jan is committed to maintaining a positive work environment while supporting both employees and clients.

With 35 years of experience in landscape maintenance and as a Licensed Irrigator, I’ve built a career rooted in expertise and passion for the industry. I specialize in tree and plant identification, allowing me to provide precise care and informed recommendations for every landscape. My experience has helped me understand client needs and consistently deliver thriving, well-maintained properties. I take pride in maintaining the health and beauty of diverse environments while staying ahead of industry trends. I’m committed to sharing my knowledge, mentoring others, and helping clients create sustainable outdoor spaces.

Following in his dad’s footsteps at an early age, Anthony studied with Mr. Joe Skinner at Naaman Forest High School’s horticulture program, recognized as one of the top three programs in Texas. Also a licensed irrigation technician and chemical technician, he applies his knowledge to support both divisions ensuring nothing less than top quality. Anthony brings over 8 years of experience in the green industry and continues to grow his skill sets while managing the quality of our valued portfolio.

From my earliest memories, my father involved me in everything horticulture-related, sparking a passion that has guided my career. Growing up immersed in landscaping, I developed a strong connection to the business and a genuine love for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Technology and Communication with an emphasis in Ornamental Horticulture from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Now pushing close to 10 years of experience, I continue gaining knowledge every year through hands-on work in the field. This combination of education and experience allows me to approach every project with expert insight and a personal commitment to quality and care.

Andrea brings a strong background in customer service and commercial property management to the Sunset team. She joined Sunset in 2014 as Office Manager after managing three commercial properties, where she built strong organizational and communication skills. At Sunset, she oversees accounts payable and receivable while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. Known for her outgoing personality, she enjoys building relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Outside of work, Andrea loves spending time with her family and her two dogs

I have over 26 years of experience in the green industry, with a strong background in turf and plant health. I began my career as a chemical applicator and later spent 10 years as a department manager specializing in fertilizer, chemicals, irrigation, and lighting. For the past 12 years, I’ve focused on account management and business development, primarily serving commercial properties and homeowners associations. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, going on bike rides, and playing golf.

With 22 years in the industry, I serve as a Production Manager focused on planning, coordinating, and overseeing field production work. I approach every project with passion and a strong commitment to doing the job right. Keeping customers happy is a top priority, and I do whatever it takes to maintain positive, long-term relationships. I thrive on teamwork, leading and working alongside crews to deliver high-quality production for the company.
